1. Who we are

This policy explains how Brillsmac Consultants and Tourism L.L.C-FZ (Dubai trade licence no. 2648704.01), which runs applyevisadubai.ae, collects and uses your personal data. We are the controller of the data you give us. Office: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE. Contact: visa@applyevisadubai.ae.

2. What we collect

Contact details

  • Your name, email address and phone number, and any messages you send us.

Traveller and passport details

  • For each traveller: full name, nationality, country you are travelling from, profession, passport number and expiry date.
  • Trip details: visa type, city of arrival and travel date, and the relationship between travellers on one application.

Documents

  • Your face photo, passport bio page, passport cover and any extra documents we ask for, such as an onward ticket.

Payment

  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation, the amount and limited card details such as the card brand and last four digits. We never see or store full card numbers.

Technical data

  • Your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and timestamps, your cookie choices, and which version of our price display test you see. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you allow them (see our cookie policy).

3. How we use it

  • To check your documents, prepare and submit your visa application, and send you the result.
  • To contact you about your application, including asking for a new photo or document.
  • To take payment, prevent fraud and handle refunds.
  • To answer your questions and improve our website and service. For example, we are testing two ways of showing prices: to everyone, or after you sign in. Each browser is placed in one version at random, using a cookie that holds no personal details.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We process your data because it is needed to provide the service you asked for, because we have a legal obligation, because of our legitimate interest in running and protecting our service, or, for optional cookies, with your consent.

4. Who we share it with

  • UAE immigration authorities, to submit your visa application. This is the core of the service.
  • Service providers who help us run the service, such as Stripe for payments, Google (Firebase Authentication) if you sign in with Google, and our hosting, email and messaging providers. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
  • Analytics and advertising providers (Google Analytics and Meta), only if you allow analytics or marketing cookies.
  • Authorities when required, for example by law, a court order or to prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Children

Every traveller needs their own visa, including children. Applications for children must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the child’s details and documents on their behalf. We do not knowingly accept applications made by children themselves.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above: to process your application and support you, to handle refunds or disputes, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it.

7. Security

Your documents are sent over an encrypted connection. We use secure servers, access controls so only the people who need your data can see it, and trusted providers. No system is completely secure, so please tell us straight away if you think your data has been put at risk.

8. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, as required by the laws that apply to your data.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the EU and UK GDPR, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your data, or restrict how we use it;
  • object to certain uses, including direct marketing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, for example for optional cookies;
  • complain to a data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, email visa@applyevisadubai.ae. We may need to confirm your identity first. Some data must be kept for legal reasons even if you ask us to delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will tell you about significant changes by email or on this page.
