How do I track my application?
Sign in on the Track page with Google, Apple or your mobile number. Use the email or number you gave when you applied, and every application shows up with its status and the date we expect a decision. We also email you at every stage.
What happens after my visa is approved?
We email your eVisa as a PDF. Print a copy or keep it on your phone. Airlines may ask to see it at check-in, and immigration can check it on arrival.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. UAE immigration makes every decision, and no one, including us, can guarantee approval. Our document check helps make sure your application is complete and correct, which avoids common causes of delay.
I made a mistake in my application.
Message us on WhatsApp or email straight away with your application number. We can correct it before we submit it to immigration.
What if my visa is refused?
We tell you straight away and explain the reason if immigration gives one. After we submit, or if the visa is refused, there’s no refund, but we can advise whether a new application is likely to succeed.
