1. Who we are

applyevisadubai.ae (“Apply eVisa Dubai”, “we”, “us”) is owned and operated by Brillsmac Consultants and Tourism L.L.C-FZ, a company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Dubai trade licence no. 2648704.01), with its office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE.

These terms of service (“Terms”) apply when you use our website or app and when you ask us to help with a UAE visa application. By submitting an application you agree to these Terms, our privacy policy and our refund policy.

3. What our service includes

• Guidance on which visa fits your trip, and telling you if you may not need one at all.
• A check of your details, photo and passport scans by one of our visa experts before we submit anything.
• Preparing and submitting your application to UAE immigration on your behalf, and paying the official visa fee from the price you pay us.
• Updates by email at each stage, and your eVisa sent to you as a PDF once it is issued.
• Help from our visa experts by WhatsApp, email and phone during office hours.

Our service does not include travel insurance, flights, hotel bookings or legal immigration advice.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give information that is true, complete and matches your passport, and upload genuine, unedited documents.
• Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date. Transit visas also need a confirmed onward ticket.
• Choose a visa that covers your whole stay, and follow the conditions of the visa you receive. Tourist and transit visas do not allow work.
• Reply promptly if we ask for a new photo, a clearer scan or another document. Delays on your side delay your application.
• Only apply for other people, such as family members, with their permission.

We may refuse or stop working on an application if we believe information is false, documents are not genuine, or the service is being misused.

5. Processing times

Standard processing usually takes 2–3 working days from when we have your payment and correct documents. With Express, an optional extra, we aim for a decision within 24 working hours.

These times are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, extra checks by immigration, system outages and incomplete documents can add time. We recommend applying at least a week before you travel.

“Working days” means Monday to Friday, Dubai time (UTC+4), not counting UAE public holidays. Our office hours are 9:00–18:00 on those days.

6. Decisions and approval

Every visa decision is made by the UAE immigration authorities, not by us. We cannot guarantee that any application will be approved, or influence the outcome. Our document check helps make your application complete and correct, which avoids common causes of delay.

If an application is refused, we will tell you and share the reason if the authorities give one. Refused applications are not refundable (see our refund policy).

7. Prices and payment

• Prices are charged in US dollars (USD). Amounts shown in other currencies are for guidance only, and your bank may add conversion fees.
• The price per traveller includes the official UAE visa fee and our service fee. Express, an optional +$50 per traveller, is shown separately before you pay.
• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Full payment is needed before we start work on your application.
• Cancellations: cancel before we submit and we refund what you paid, minus a $50 handling fee per application. After we submit, or if the visa is refused, there’s no refund. Our refund policy has the details.

8. Our liability

We will provide our service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for:

• decisions, delays or rule changes by UAE immigration or any other authority;
• losses caused by information or documents you gave us that were wrong or incomplete;
• missed flights, bookings or other travel costs, or indirect losses that were not foreseeable.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected application. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Content and the EU Digital Services Act

We publish the content on this website ourselves. Users cannot post public content. If you see information on our site that you believe is illegal, wrong or misleading, report it to visa@applyevisadubai.ae with the page address and a short explanation. We review every report and reply, and we will tell you what we did about it.

Our single point of contact for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act is the same email address. We can communicate in English.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the law or our service changes. The version in force when you submit an application applies to that application. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly by our visa experts.
